Criteria

• The return is requested via email to westwoodlaneofficial@gmail.com
• The item is received by us within 21 days of the delivery date
• The item is in its original, unused, unaltered condition
• The item contains its original packaging 
• Customer is responsible for the cost of mailing the return. (We recommend all returns be insured for the appropriate amount and  shipped back to us using a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.)

Westwood Lane reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

Refunds

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

If applicable, customs fees are non-refundable as they are charged and collected by your country's tax office.
